Ordering from the Publishers

Books can also be ordered directly from the publishers. Relevant information are given below.

Price:

Each book (soft cover) is priced at Netherlands Guilders (NLG) 25.- (aproximately US Dollars 12.50, British Pounds 8.50).

Hard Cover edition (available only from the publishers) are priced at NLG 50.- ( USD 25.- GBP 17.- aprox.) each.

Postage and Packing:

NLG 7.50 per book (Second Class Air Mail). For Registered Post add NLG 7.50 extra.

Payment:

Following modes of payment are possible:

1) By credit card: We accept American Express, Visa, EuroCard, MasterCard. This is the easiest method and we bear the extra cost. If that is possible for you, we suggest you make the payment using one of these cards. Please send us by phone, fax or letter the card details: Card number, Validity dates, Name of holder, Address of holder (and Signature of holder).

2) By Eurocheque, Girocheque or Post Office International Money Order. No extra cost.

3) By direct remittance to our (APPTEC) Giro a/c no. 7615680 with the PostBank. Beneficiary bank: PostBank, Arnhem, the Netherlands. Bank Code: INGBNL2A. All bank transfer costs should be paid at your end.

All Netherlands banks collect a fee from the recipient for realizing foreign remittances, even when drawn on a Netherlands bank in NLG. The rates for different modes of payment are as follows. Please add the relevant fees to the Invoice amount when remitting payment. Thank you.
